NaPoWriMo Day 13

Love is Deadly

I made the mistake of falling in love.
She was broken and beautiful.
Maybe I could fix her.  Or maybe
she could fix me.
But then I saw the devil
in her eyes through the smoke
coming off the barrel of her gun.
